Reclaim your time: Become efficient with a dedicated Virtual Assistant for your allied health practice

Let me guess.. you started your own practice to help vulnerable people, but what you weren’t expecting was the overwhelming administrative burden that comes with it, right?

Don’t worry, you’re not alone. Many allied health practitioners find themselves drowning in paperwork instead of focusing on what truly matters – their clients. But imagine if you could wave goodbye to that paperwork pile and say hello to spending more time doing what you love.

If you are:

  • Being bogged down with administration, advertising, bookkeeping, etc.

  • Being confused with compliance and legalities around owning an NDIS business

  • Constantly chasing up invoices

  • Having team members and contractors doing tasks ‘their way’ and not the way you want it to be done

Picture this..

Imagine you are able to create systems that allow your business to run smoothly

Imagine you are able to spend more time EMPOWERING clients through the work you are trained to do

Imagine being able to spend the weekends with your family, running around the playground or at the beach

Imagine being able to turn off your computer and walk out the door at 5pm

Imagine coming into work on Monday with a clean inbox, money in the bank and a manageable calendar because you have an organised business

That’s where our dedicated Virtual Assistants step in, offering ad hoc administrative support tailored to your needs, so you can get back to making a real difference in people’s lives.

About me

I’m Caitlin and I am the owner of Dandelion Business Support. I am a mum of two neurodivergent children, a lover of to-do lists and a choc-o-holic.

I finished my degree in Human Services in 2021 and I have worked, volunteered and completed placement in disability, child protection, aged care, in schools and community centres, just to name a few.

In 2023, my ‘difficult’ and ‘delayed’ children were diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), resulting in National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding and an endless amount of appointments. To add a cherry on top, my diagnosis followed afterwards. This resulted in me taking a ‘career break’ to focus on my family.

BUT if you know anything about me and ADHD, you would have guessed that I couldn’t sit still and I decided to use my spare time to help professionals who are supporting my family- allied health practitioners.

Here’s how I can help you and your business
